In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Return Policy

Please record an unboxing video when receiving the product. If there are any issues with the product, please provide the unboxing video as evidence.

For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons, please make sure the product remains brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Only product exchanges are accepted, no refunds.
For returns/exchanges due to quality issues, please send back the product and we will cover the return shipping fee.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted if:

Exceeding 7 days (including the day of receipt)
Packaging not intact
Personal hygiene products (not suitable for return/exchange due to hygiene reasons)
Damaged packaging boxes (cannot enjoy unconditional return/exchange service)
